Stabilisers in a variety of flavours for the production of freeze/thaw-stable fresh or non-dairy cream.The neutral fonds can be used in combination with FRUIBEL® Compounds and Fruit Fillings.

Basic recipe
Basic recipe for most cream stabilisers: 200 g or 250 g Fond + 200 g water + 1000 g whipped, unsweetened cream.
Whip up the cream. Mix Fond with water and gradually fold in the whipped cream.
